Translate a Template
Localize your Pixi templates by translating labels and content into any language.
Overview
Pixi makes it simple to translate templates into different languages. This ensures your invoices, packing slips, and other documents are clear for every customer, no matter where they’re located.
Open Template Customization
- From the Pixi sidebar, go to Templates.
- Select the template you want to translate.
- Click Customize to open the editor.
Translate Labels & Content
Inside the editor, you’ll find the Translate labels & content option.
Click it to open the translation panel.
Manual Translation
- Edit each field (Invoice Number, Order Date, Payment, etc.) directly.
- Enter translations manually for full control.
Automatic Translation
- Click Translate All.
- Choose your target language from the dropdown.
- Pixi will automatically translate all labels at once.
Preview and Save
- Preview the translated template with a real order to confirm everything displays correctly.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Tips
- You can maintain multiple templates in different languages.
- Use Translate All for speed, then fine-tune individual labels if needed.
- Always test with an example order before sending to customers.
